These terms apply when you use Sonviz (sonviz.com), operated by Sonviz, Republic of Kazakhstan ("we"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

The beta

Sonviz is in beta. Features, limits and plans may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We do our best to keep your projects safe, but keep your own copies of anything important.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or Twitch. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Invites are personal. Do not publish or sell them.
• Your overlay links work as keys: anyone who has a link can show your overlay. You can replace a link in the studio at any time.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the projects, music and images you use. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you.
• Upload only content you have the right to use, and nothing illegal.
• Finished videos are deleted after the period of your plan. Download them in time.

Fair use

Do not attack or overload the service, get around plan limits, access other people's accounts or data, or resell the service without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans

During the beta Sonviz is free within the limits of your plan. If we introduce paid plans, their prices and conditions will be shown before you pay, and paying will be your choice.

Ending

You can stop using Sonviz and delete your account at any time — in your account page, “Your data”, or by writing to megel.kz@gmail.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users about important changes before they apply.
